The sound of Yellow Birch, which will be familiar from the 70’s and 80’s, is distinctive for its naturally compressed sound and its ease of playability. It is a very well balanced snare drum.It may appear to give less overall volume due to its light weight – but this drum has a full range of tone and dynamic potential – it is very easy to play with a great feel and superior response.
